Paraprofessionals must meet one of the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for employment.

• Have completed the Para-Educator's Academy at Region IX ESC or another approved academy.

• Have at least 48 hours of college credit.
• Have an associates degree or higher.

Secretaries must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for employment.

• Have a high school diploma.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology on a district administered skills test.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Have a high school diploma (prefer two or more years of college).
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates for all positions must have excellent references and submit to a Criminal History background check.
