Danny W. Taylor has served as superintendent of the Burkburnett Independent School District since July 1985. During his tenure at Burkburnett ISD, he has guided the district through a period of growth, overseen an extensive renovation and building program, and directed the development of a comprehensive plan for the improvement of instruction. 

  Mr. Taylor received his master and bachelor of education degrees from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls and has continued his education at Texas Woman's University, Denton, and Texas A & M, College Station.

Mr. Taylor brings the following experience to Burkburnett ISD:
