Burkburnett ISD utilizes a parent communication and emergency alert system called School Messenger. Through this system we will provide parents and staff important information regarding student absences, distirct and campus events, emergencies, and inclement weather.
We will use parent contact information already provided to the school district. The system will include telephone and email alerts. If you would like to make changes to your contact information, please complete a form available in the front office or call the school at 569-1411 with your updated information.
All calls start with "Hello, this is the Burkburnett Independent School District with an important message...". If you receive a missed call from BISD, 940-569-3326, chances are it is the School Messenger call-out system. Our intention is to INCREASE parent communication and notification of important events in our school.
