Seventh Grade Immunization Information

ALL students must be up to date on their immunizations to receive their schedule. 7th graders are required to receive 3 immunizations before entering 7th grade. They are: Tdap, Meningococcal, and Varicella #2 as per Texas Dept of Health guidelines.  Students will NOT be able to receive their schedule or start the school year without the required immunizations. Please make arrangements to get the up to date shot record to the school nurse’s  office. If you have any questions, please call the nurse’s office at 569-3381.
