Sheppard Air Force Base and our military connected families are a valued part of the BISD community. Our relationship with Sheppard Air Force Base through Base Leadership, the School Liaison Officer, and the Sheppard Spouses Club we continue to improve our ability to meet the needs of our military connect students. 

Through our Vision of, “Transforming Learning To Inspire All Students In An Ever Changing World” we are developing learning experiences for our students that engage them in their own learning. 

We are proud of the hands on, collaborative learning environment found within BISD. Through our Project Based Learning instructional model and our willingness to meet the needs of ALL students, we are preparing the whole student for whatever future they chose.
