Students have been working hard in Mrs. Spencer's, Mrs. Welvaert's, and Mrs. Moseley's math classes at BMS this week! Monday, each class created a dot plot based off their birthdays and analyzed their data. Today, they spent some time outside creating a stem-and-leaf plot and analyzed the data by finding the median, mode, and range!

The students in Mrs. Huizenga’s class at Overton Ray are studying the Vietnam War. A friend of hers, who is a Vietnam Veteran is taking his final flight next Friday. The students created cards and letters that will fly, along with an American flag, on his Freedom Flight across the United States. This amazing man has even promised to write back and answer any questions the kids had. Mrs. Huizenga is really making history come alive! #WalkInYourPurpose ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
