BHS hosted 8th grade tours for our incoming Freshman class for the 2023-2024 school year.

Maria Vorozhko just made the finals in Lincoln Douglas Debate at the State meet. She is in the top 4 in the state, and will be competing for State champion in the morning! She also competes in Lit Crit tomorrow.

In Ms. Brewster’s and Mrs. Moseley’s writing classes at BMS, they created Mother’s Day cards for the residents and nurses at Evergreen Care Center. The students wrote poetry and made a gift bag to wrap a pair of cute socks for each of the recipients of their gift.
The Class of 2023 would like to invite the community out to see the Senior Parade on May 25th. Let's celebrate their accomplishment together that night!
Lady Bulldogs are Regional Quarterfinal Champions. On to round four!! Congratulations!!
Burkburnett Culinary Arts hosted City View Culinary Arts for a food competition! Students were given the same protein, a different vegetable ,and had to come up with a complete meal that included a sauce and starch in one hour. Students were judged by Scott Plowman of Parkway Grill, Patrick Street of Pelican's, and Earl Carter.
Students also had the opportunity to learn about fruit carving from Mr. Carter.
It was a delicious day!
