📊 Gameday is coming! 📊

Beginning next week, our students will begin their Middle-of-the-Year i-Ready and MAP assessments. This is a great opportunity for students to show what they know and for teachers to see the progress our learners have made so far this year.

These assessments also give families valuable insight into where their child is on their academic journey. i-Ready and MAP provide data, not grades, and teachers use this information to guide instruction—both to support students who need extra help and to extend learning for those ready for more challenge.

We want our students to feel excited, not anxious. Around here, we call this GAMEDAY! Everyone has put in the work behind the scenes, and now it’s time to go out and perform.

We say it every day: “Best effort from everyone, every day.”
That’s the only expectation—BEST effort. We encourage you to begin having these conversations with your child at home as well.

Let’s cheer our students on as they show how much they’ve grown! 💪📚

Don't forget - we have an early release tomorrow, December 19th at 12:00 PM as we begin our Christmas break.

Don't forget about movie night tomorrow night @ 6:00 PM. Doors will open at 5:30 with The Grinch beginning promptly at 6:00.
