Happy New Year! We are excited to welcome all of our students back Monday, Jan 8th! We hope you all had a restful break. See you Monday! Go Bulldogs!

Join Dr. Owen live in the new year, January 9th at 6 PM.
As a way to continue to provide opportunities for our community to provide feedback to our school district and superintendent, we will be hosting periodic town hall meetings through Facebook Live.
Please keep all questions focused on policies, processes, or facilities at the district or campus level. Dr. Owen will not be answering any questions about specific personnel or student situations. Dr. Owen will give a district update and then answer your submitted questions. Dr. Owen will end the town hall with a live Q & A that will allow you to ask questions in real-time. We hope you will take the time to join in on these town halls and we hope you find the information and format beneficial.

Burkburnett ISD is proud to announce we have promoted Patrick Williams to the position of Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. Coach Williams has served as the Defensive Coordinator for BHS the last three years and has exhibited a high level of commitment to our program. Coach Williams had 26 years experience at larger programs before coming here. We know Coach Williams will continue the good work started by Coach Brad Boyd and will support the improvement of all of our athletic programs.

REMINDER: We will have early release Wednesday, December 20th at noon for all students. Christmas break is December 21st through January 5th. Classes will resume Monday, January 8th. Please see the link, https://5il.co/1pqi8 to our calendar for further reference. You can also find our calendar on our home page: https://www.burkburnettisd.org/

Students and Parents,
Burkburnett ISD is excited to share the 2024-2025 CTE Course Catalog. CTE stands for Career and Technical Education. These courses provide students with coherent and rigorous content that is aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge. Skills learned prepare students for further education and careers in current or emerging professions. Successful completion of these courses will satisfy elective credit and endorsement requirements for graduation.
The catalog can be found here:
