The Tower Talent Show will have auditions for 1st and 2nd grade on Monday, April 8 after school. Parents should fill out the permission google form. The Greatest Show will be performed on May 28. There will be no school Friday, March 29th and Monday, April 1st. These days are designated as bad weather make-up days on the school calendar. Spring Individual and Class Pictures will be taken on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.


Congratulations to the winners of the Music Notation Competition: 1st place Kaden Cotnoir 5th grade; 2nd place Vidalia Alleman 4th grade; and 3rd place Erica Escobar. Check out all the winners in the hallway by the cafeteria. Ribbons were awarded for best of class and best of grade. Everyone did an amazing job!






Students in 1st-5th grade stamped their music passport with the percussion star. Students had to create and perform a percussion composition using correct notation. Congratulations to all!!!!




We are excited to see what our military kids have to share! Coming home this week, they will get a chance to decorate a circle that we will be hanging in the halls during April. Randomly selected art will be photographed and posted on our Facebook throughout the Month of the Military Child (April). Please have these back to your student's teacher by Monday, March 25th.

Join us Wednesday, March 27th at the Burkburnett High School track for the Unified Track Meet. Opening ceremonies will start at 9:30 am and events will follow at 10 am. All Unified track teams from each school at Burkburnett ISD will be participating.

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is a teacher work day. School will resume Tuesday, March 19th.

Elementary students from Overton Ray and Tower sang together in the Magic Choir or what is also called the Elementary Region Honor Choir. Seven schools from North Texas brought their best musicians who worked with Clinician Jason Mincy. Mrs. Moxley and Mrs. Richison collaborated together so students could experience and share the gift of music.










Next week, we will celebrate Read Across America week by dressing up according to the various genres in reading!
