Breakfast and lunch menu for October 2026
Our little Bulldogs have a lot of Homecoming spirit! 🐾 Tower Elementary Pre-K students had a lot of fun making mums with parents!
Mrs. Rasbury's students are working on actively listening in reading! Learning "how" to answer specific questions, for example, who, would, when, where and why are great ways for students to learn to start answering important questions and at the same time gaining knowledge from the lesson! That is a lot of thinking in one lesson!
Tower Unified had much enthusiasm as we participated in the homecoming parade last evening! A beautiful memory was made! A special thank you goes to the Gilliam Family for providing the trailer and 4 x 4 to pull it!
BIG NEWS! The "School Pride Award" at the Homecoming Parade went to none other than John Tower Elementary! It was a beautiful float and BIG thank you goes to those who helped put it together: Latoya Dancy, Katie Davis, Heather Tolle, Mona LeColst, Ashley Gustin, Lee Gustin, Jazmyn Santos, Mrs. Hawkins, Mrs. Whited and Ana Brown! We appreciate your hard work which made it such a fun night for our students representing our school and those parade goers who loved it!
The next Bulldog Huddle with BISD Superintendent Dr. Owen, will be October 5 at 9:45 AM on Facebook Live.
If you have a question for Dr. Owen, please share it in the comment section below in advance, and it will be addressed live. Please keep questions focused on policies, processes, or facilities at the district or campus level.
Dr. Owen will not be answering questions about specific personnel or student situations. He will give a district update and then answer your submitted questions and will end the Bulldog Huddle with a live Q & A that will allow you to ask questions in real-time.

Thank you, Ms. Flint and all of our cafeteria staff at Tower for providing such delicious and healthy meals for our students!
The Bulldog Way.
Selflessness.
Care for our fellow man.
Tower student Harley demonstrated all of this at Saturday's 1 Mile run! One of the students fell down as we were beginning the race. Harley turned BACK to go to care for the student, to make sure the student was ok! Harley then continued on to the finish line towards the front, and then went BACK to run with others to encourage them to make it to the finish line! Harley, we are proud that you are a Burkburnett Bulldog!
