FREE parent seminar with Brooks Gibbs! Monday, March 24 at 6:00 PM, BMS Auditorium. Open to all BISD parents.
Naveah Rangel tied for the State Championship but received the silver medal after the tie breaker. Both athletes posted and 805 lb. Total. Naveah squatted 320 pounds, benched 145 pounds, and deadlifted 340 pounds. Keeping in mind she entered the State Meet with the 3rd best total as a freshman.

Burkburnett ISD will host a nationally recognized speaker for a FREE parent seminar! Brooks Gibbs helps adults know how best to support kids with their emotional resilience and using The Golden Rule. The seminar is for ALL BISD parents and will be held at the Burkburnett Middle School auditorium on Monday, March 24th at 6:00 p.m. We would love to see you there!

UPDATE: LADY BULLDOGS DOMINATE AT REGIONALS! 💪🏆 What an incredible showing from our Lady Bulldogs Powerlifting team at the THSWPA 5A Division 1 Regional Meet! We asked for your support earlier today, and these amazing athletes delivered in a BIG way! The results are in: 5 individual medals and a stellar 3rd place team finish! To our medalists - your determination and grit under pressure shows what being a Bulldog is all about. To the entire team - you've made our school and community proud!
Winter Guard had a double header this past weekend.
On Friday Night they performed at Timber Creek HS and received 4th place.
On Saturday they performed at Summit HS and received 3rd place!
Their scores from this weekend rank them in the top ten of their classification making them number 8 out of 66 Region AA Guards! Please congratulate them on their hard work and wish them luck on finishing their season.
Winter Guard has another competition this Saturday at Thomas Coliseum in Haltom City and their Championships will be March 15th at Flower Mound HS.
Winter Guard Exhibition will be on Tuesday March 18th. We will have some other area winter guards performing as well our BHS Winter Guard.
Performances will start at 7:30pm in the BHS Main Gym.
Admission is free, come support the Winter Guard!
