If you have any questions for Dr. Owen, please ask them here 👇 in the comment section below in advance, and he will address them live. Please keep all questions focused on policies, processes, or facilities at the district or campus level. Dr. Owen will not be answering any questions about specific personnel or student situations. Dr. Owen will give a district update and then answer your submitted questions. Dr. Owen will end the town hall with a live Q & A that will allow you to ask questions in real-time. We hope you will take the time to join in on these town halls and we hope you find the information and format beneficial.

NHS has decided to do something a little different this year with our October Cancer Awareness tees. The lavender ribbon is a symbol of support for people with ALL types of cancer. As most of you know, we lost our athletic director and head football coach, Brad Boyd, after a long battle with cancer last year. His wife, Leslie Boyd, is a diagnostician for our district, his daughter Brooke is a sophomore at OSU, and his son Brody is a junior here at BHS. Brooke was a member of NHS and Brody will be inducted later this month. We would like to donate the proceeds of the shirts to a scholarship fund for Coach Boyd’s children. As always, we can show our support by wearing the tees every Wednesday in October! These are all pre-orders, so order your shirts now! Time slots are first come first serve, and there are a limited number of slots available. Senior portraits will be taken on September 18th in Senior Hall. Girls will need to bring a spaghetti strap or strapless shirt to change into for portraits, and boys will need to wear a white t-shirt or undershirt.
