S2S teamed up with our Bulldog Bistro unified students to participate in the SAFB, Tx. Fire Departments Fire Safety Workshop today. We are so thankful to Corey Brinkley for organizing this event for our students.

The Varsity tennis team defeated Stephenville 11-5 and are Area Champs!!! We will take on Canyon High in the regional qualifier round on Tuesday, Oct. 15th at Lubbock Cooper HS at noon.

We have some Varsity Choir Members who have been working very hard the past few weeks to prepare for this year's TMEA All State Auditions. Tomorrow we have Round 1 in Stephenville, TX. Attached are photos of the 4 Varsity Choir Officers and the 15 BHS Students who went to Howard Payne University to prepare for Round 1 auditions two weeks ago.

BHS students from each class have worked hard on float building the last few weeks for our 4th Annual Homecoming Parade. Thank you to the host sites of each class float, to the class officers and their parents for leading the way, and for parent volunteers. Students made memories, learned construction skills, and had fun with the competition. Congratulations to the Senior Class of 2025 for winning with their "Burkopoly" themed float! It was an awesome representation of the great City of Burkburnett!
